Тai Chi Competition Organised for the Confucius Institute Students

On 11 October 2025, the Confucius Institute organised a competition in Tai Chi for its students, which was held in the Dao Garden at the Faculty of Political Science and which was dedicated to the Day of the University of Banja Luka.

The competition was held om two divisions: Chen First Form and Chen First Form – Advanced Level, and Yang First Form and Yang Second Form – Lower and Advanced levels. In the Chen First Form, the first three places were won by Marina Tomičević, Milkica Buzadžija, and Gordana Praštalo. The first place in the Yang First Form was won by Milkica Buzadžija, second by Mira Ljiljak, and third by Gordana Praštalo. Slavica Malešević won first place in the and Chen First Form – Advanced Level category, and second and third places went to Mirjana Sitnić and Lada Karanović, while in the Yang Second Form – Advanced Level category, the first three places were won by Slavica Malešević, Milkica Buzadžija, and Olivera Damjanović. In the Yang Second Form – Lower Level category, the gold, silver, and bronze medals were won by Mirjana Sitnić, Lada Karanović, and Gordana Praštalo.
