Grammar School, was held on 17 March 2022 in the school’s Confucius Classroom.

The roundtable was organized as part of the regular activities of the Confucius

Classroom, at which the students presented some of the most influential Chinese

philosophies. The moderator of the roundtable was the fourth-grade student and

Chinese language course student Milica Bukara, who opened the meeting and pointed

to the importance of studying Chinese culture and several thousand-years long

tradition, while presenting Buddhism as one of the dominant religions in today's

China.

Her colleagues Milica Pušara, Mia Ilisić, Lena Mazalica, Emilija Kojčinović and

Anastasija Jakšić presented the most important Chinese philosophies, such as

Confucianism, Daoism, Mohism and Naturalism. Lecture was also given by Banja

Luka Grammar School Serbian language professor Sandrijela Kasagić, who gave a

linguistic view of the suffix-ism in the names of philosophies, as well as by Selena

Pjević, professor at the Philological Gymnasium of Belgrade, who talked about the

connection between Chinese characters and Chinese philosophy.
