On Saturday, November 16th, in the hall of Faculty of Political Science, Confucius Institute and Shandong Gaosu group Company organized a workshop for everyone who is interested in Chinese food and culture – making Chinese dumplings or “jiaozi”.
Jiaozi is one of the most famous Chinese dishes – it is made of dough, filled with pork and vegetables. Shandong company’s chef was there to help all participants and to show them how it is done.
This workshop is a part of University Day program, and on Saturday November 23rd a tea ceremony will be held in the Confucius Institute classroom.
