Directors of the Confucius Institute at University of Banja Luka Ljiljana Stević and Shen Li met
on 15 February 2021 with Minister for Scientific and Technological Development, Higher
Education and Information Society Srđan Rajčević in order to present to him the Chinese
director as well as the work and activities of the Confucius Institute.
At the meeting, they discussed, among other things, the initiating of Sinology Study Programme at the Faculty of Philology of the University of Banja Luka and the academic and cultural cooperation with PR China.
At a meeting thereafter wth the delegation of the University of Banja Luka headed by Rector
Radoslav Gajanin and the Minister, held on 22 February 2021, a concrete exchange of master
students between the Faculty of Economics and Tianjin University of Technology and Education was agreed.
As agreed, the exchange could start already in autumn of the academic year 2021/2022 with the help of the Confucius Institute.
