Љиљана Стевић је директор Конфуцијевог института Универзитета у Бањалуци. Дипломирала је кинески језик и књижевност на Филолошком факултету у Београду и магистрирала на Факултету политичких наука Београд, одсјек Азијске студије. Докторанд је на Међународним односима Факултета политичких наука Београд. Љиљана је такође завршила специјализацију из кинеског језика на Пекиншком факултету за стране језике и усавршавала се из области културне дипломатије на Институту за културну дипломатију Берлин, Њемачка. Прије ове позиције радила је за Међународни црвени крст, развојне агенције DFID и USAID, и на пројектима ЕУ.

Цаи Јинг је кинеска директорица Конфуцијевог института Универзитета у Бањој Луци. Дипломирала је и магистрирала на Универзитету у Тјенђину. Прије доласка на ову позицију у Републици Српској, радила је као професор енглеског језика на Универзитету технологије и образовања у Тјенђину.

Гао Јанг
професор кинеског језика
Гао Јанг је професор кинеског језика Конфуцијевог института Универзитета у Бањој Луци. Има мастер из лингвистике са Универзитета NanChang у Кини. Прије ове позиције, предавала је кинески језик на Универзитету Hawassa у Етиопији двије године. Гао предаје по уџбеницима од основног до напредног кинеског језика.

Ања Мудреновић
професор кинеског језика
Ања Мудреновић је професор кинеског језика на Конфуцијевом институту Универзитета у Бањој Луци. Дипломирала је кинески језик, књижевност и културу 2017. године на Филолошком факултету Универзитета у Београду и тренутно је на мастеру из Међународних студија на Факултету политичких наука у Бањој Луци. Такође је била полазник Конфуцијевог института у Београду и током љета 2016. године усавршавала је кинески језик на Универзитету за медије и комуникације у Пекингу.

Биљана Бадњар је стручни сарадник Конфуцијевог института Универзитета у Бањој Луци. Дипломирала је енглески језик и књижевност на Универзитету у Бањој Луци. Прије ове позиције је радила као преводилац у одјелу Управе међународне финансијске групације Адико банка, на питањима имовинских и људских права у међународној дипломатској организацији ОЕБС, као преводилац на различитим пројектима Европске комисије, Амбасаде САД у БиХ и Центра за пружање бесплатне правне помоћи Lex International.

Ljiljana Stevic
Director
Ljiljana Stevic is Home Director of the Confucius Institute at Banja Luka University. She has a BA from Belgrade Faculty of Philology and MA from Belgrade Faculty of Political Science. She is a PhD Candidate at Belgrade Faculty of Political Science. She attended Beijing Foreign Languages University for specialization in Chinese Language and Berlin Cultural Diplomacy Institute for specialization in cultural and public diplomacy, as well as London Chamber of Commerce School. Before joining the CI, Ljiljana worked in the International Red Cross Committee, DIFID, USAID and EU projects.

Shen Li
Director
Shen Li, Professor of English Literature, is Chinese Director of Confucius Institute at Banja Luka University. She graduated from Shanghai International Studies University and was working as Deputy Dean of School of Foreign Languages at Tianjin University of Technology and Education(TUTE), collaborative Chinese institution of UBL. She has mostly visited Australia, Japan, South Korea ,South Africa and USA for academic & cultural exchange projects and was working as Director of CI at TVET of Ethiopia from 2013 to 2017 , during which she actively organized and attended a lot of events for Chinese language and cultural cooperation.

Wu Kun

Teacher of Chinese as a second language. Received specialized training in teaching skills in Tianjin University of Foreign Languages and Shanghai Normal University. Have been engaged in Chinese language teaching in Georgia from 2016 to 2018 and has rich experience in teaching language, taijiquan and calligraphy.
Gao Yang
Chinese Language Teacher
Gao Yang is Chinese Teacher of the Confucius Institute at the University of Banja Luka. She has a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the NanChang University in China. Before joining the Confucius Institute, she was teaching Chinese at Hawassa University in Ethiopia for two years. Her courses cover the contents from Elementary Chinese to Advanced Chinese.

Anja Mudrenovic
Professor
Anja Mudrenovic is Professor of Chinese Language of the Confucius Institute at Banja Luka University. She has a BA from the University of Belgrade Faculty of Philology, field of study Chinese Language, Culture and Literature, and is currently studying International Relations at the University of Banja Luka Faculty of Political Studies. She has also attended the courses at the Confucius Institute in Belgrade and in summer 2016 she attended Beijing University of Media and Communications for her specialization in Chinese language.

Biljana Badnjar

Biljana Badnjar is Associate of the Confucius Institute at Banja Luka University. She holds a BA in English Language and Literature from the University of Banja Luka. Prior to joining the Confucius Institute, Biljana worked as an interpreter in the CEO Office of the international financial group Addiko Bank, on property law and human right issues in the international diplomatic organization OSCE, as interpreter in different projects of the European Commission, the US Embassy in BiH and Lex International Legal Aid Center.

Sonja Milic
Professor
Sonja Milić is a Chinese language professor at the Confucius Institute at University of Banja Luka. She graduated in Chinese and English language and literature in 2018 from the Faculty of Philosophy, University of East Sarajevo. During her undergraduate studies in 2016, she received a scholarship from the PR China to advance Chinese language skills at Suzhou University in Suzhou, China. After her undergraduate studies, as a PR China government scholarship holder, she attained the master's degree in International Chinese Language Education from Capital Normal University in Beijing in June 2020, defending the master's thesis titled "Differences in word order in a simple sentence in Chinese and Serbian and the study of negative transference in Chinese language learning."“ (汉塞语单句语序差异及汉语学习负迁移研究).
