7. Taichi 24 movements Course for citizens (16 learning hours)
7.1 Objectives
Yang's Taijiquan Twenty-four movements is a Chinese traditional culture course for students and citizens at Banja Luka. The course is based on the kick, hit, fall, take and other attack and defense techniques in Chen’s Taijiquan and the movements of hand, tactics, steps, footwork, balance, jump, etc. Learners can complete the entire set of twenty-four styles, and initially understand the spiritual content of Yang's Taijiquan, and have a certain understanding and interest in Chinese traditional culture. After one 3 months’ learning, Learner can strengthen the physical health, while gaining peace of mind at the same time.
