6.1 Objectives

Learners know and master Chinese phonetics, basic vocabulary.  Gain preliminary knowledge of basic sentence structure, 30 Chinese characters. Learners can understand basic, simple and limited language materials, closely related to personal and daily activities. Learners can talk about nationalities, names, hobbies, colors, etc. Gain basic knowledge of Chinese culture, such as dragon, Beijing, panda, chopsticks etc.

1.Clearly pronounced Chinese pronunciation (21 initials, 39 single finals, 4 tones)

2. Can sing 3 Chinese children's songs.

1. Be able to understand and speak simple Chinese words (colors, fruit, numbers, animal etc.)

 

Grammar

Basic: Subject+ verb+ object, interrogative questions, Adjectival predicate sentences.
